The university, comprising nineteen colleges with an enrollment of more than twenty thousand students in the various graduate and postgraduate courses, is a constituent organization of the Pacific Group of Education which also has to its name two medical universities in the historic town of Udaipur.

Pacific University Journal of Social Sciences is a peer reviewed, bi-annual research periodical aimed at featuring important researches and developments in the various branches of social science and promoting communication among teachers, researchers, professionals, and policy makers.
